Transient photoconductivity
The transient behaviour is shown in Fig. 1 and Fig.
2: Fig. 1 shows the original photosignals and Fig. 2 a semilogarithmic plot of the baseline corrected and
normalized data. At low currents we start in the small signal regime and with increasing current the decay time is
first increasing but at higher currents decreases which is in good agreement with the results of the simulations in
the previous section.
